How to assign a terminal
This video explains how to assign a terminal. Follow the instructions in the customer area and assign your terminal.Â
How to assign a terminal
We start by logging in to the Customer Area.
Then, depending on how you have previously ordered terminals, you navigate to either Company level or to a specific Merchant Account.
Then, we want to access the terminal list which can be found under the Point of Sale Menu
If you have just ordered terminals, you will find them in the Inventory section.
Select the terminals you want to assign, there can be several at the same time, and click on Reassign
The operation will be effective after the terminals have sychronized with our platform.
Then, select the Store option and find the right one by using the store name, city or address.
You will then be asked to confirm the selection.
Double check the details and press on Next.
Once your terminal has been correctly assigned to a store, it disappears from the Inventory
You can find it in in the list of the In-store section or by typing its serial number
You have chosen the wrong store? No worries, you can reassign the terminal the same way
If you would like to put the terminal out of us so it cannot process payments, just select it and choose Inventory.
You can choose to have it in the inventory of the entire company or within a specific merchant account.
