How to use pay by link from the Customer Area
Payment links can be generated automatically via an API or manually.

Before you begin, make sure you have the Pay by Link payment method added to your merchant account and that the required role is enabled for you.
You can do this by logging in to the Customer Area.
Under Account, go to Users and select the user who will be creating the links.
Here you can see whether pay by link is listed as a user role under roles and associated accounts.
Now, to create a link, navigate to Pay by link in the menu and click on “payment links”
Select “create payment link”
Fill out the form specifying all the relevant information under “Transaction details”.
Select “Create payment link”.
You can also select pre-set themes to quickly customise the payment page.
The next page confirms the payment link URL.
You can send the link by copying and pasting the URL into your desired channel, whether email, WhatsApp, WeChat or other.
After the shopper completes the payment, you can check the payment in your Customer Area, under Transactions and Payments.
The link status can also be followed by going to Pay by link and Payment links.
You can also get updates on the status of the link sent to your email by setting up notifications in the customer area.
