How to change the ownership or legal entity of your account

During the change of a legal entity, the franchisee owner remains the same but the business entity changes. 

To do this, you need to contact your corporate contact who will make this request to Adyen. 

Once the request is processed, we’ll create a new merchant account and send an application form to the owner.
