Login tips

If you’re having trouble logging in, check the following: 

  1. Live or test environment: If you’re  still in the application process, you’ll  have to login to ca-test.adyen.com. If your application has been approved, you’ll have to login to essentials-live.adyen.com. 

  2. All characters are case-sensitive: For example, “CompanY” is different from “Company.”

  3. In Account, enter your Adyen company account name: Your company account may contain several merchant accounts. For example, the merchant account "WhereverPeoplePayCOM" may be a sub-account of "WhereverPeoplePay."

  4. If you’re still encountering issues, reset your password.

Reset your password

  1. Go to the login page of your Test or Live account.

  2. Fill in your username and select Next.

  3. Select Forgot your password? and fill in the requested account details correctly.

If you continue to have trouble logging in, contact your corporate contact. 

Note: If your email is  not verified, your corporate contact can resend the verification link.
