What is SSO and how do I set it up?

Single sign-on

Single sign-on (SSO) lets you use the same set of credentials to securely access several other services, like your work email or your Customer Area. The Customer Area supports SSO based on the Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0 protocol. SSO solutions that use the SAML 2.0 protocol include Okta, Azure, and Microsoft AD FS.

SSO is available in both the LIVE and TEST environments.

Setting SSO up for your account

Follow the steps on our SSO Docs page to get started. If you encounter issues when setting SSO up, please take a screenshot of the error messages you are encountering. Include those screenshots when you reach out to the Adyen Support team.
