What information should I expect to find in API logs?

Please check whether you have the following user role:

  • Merchant Technical Integrator

Information contained in API logs

Each API log entry contains detailed information on the API requests and responses made by the integration.

This includes:

  • The time stamp of the API request.
  • The API name.
  • The endpoint of the API request.
  • Header and body data for the API request and response.
  • The response status code.

Tip: You can search using filters like account, API user, response code, merchant reference, requestID, uniqueID, and other metadata. You can also securely share logs from the Customer Area.

How far back is the data retained?

You can browse logs of your integration from the past 7 days.

Which APIs have logs?

We currently only support accessing API logs for Checkout, Classic, and Management API from the Customer Area.
