How to access Webhook event logs of your integration?
Adyen ensures the secure collection of request and response data for Webhook events for integrations.
You can easily access logs through the self-service option available in the Customer Area.
By navigating to the Developers section in the left navigation menu, you can find Event logs, where you can search, filter, browse, and share logs for Webhook events within the past 7 days. (Developers -> Event logs)
This functionality is available both at the Company and Merchant account levels. The Merchant account page shows logs dedicated to the Webhook events that were tried for delivery to the endpoint configured within that account.
On the other hand, the Company account page aggregates event logs from all sub-accounts, providing admins with a convenient overview of Webhook-related errors under the Company account.
