What information should I expect to find in Webhook event logs?

What information do webhook event logs contain?

Each log entry contains detailed information on webhook events you receive during the integration.
This includes:

  • The time stamp of the request.
  • The endpoint of the request.
  • The body data of the request.
  • The response time.
  • The status of the request.

Tip: You can search using filters like account, response status, EventCode, WebhookID, and other metadata. You can also securely share logs from the Customer Area.

How far back is the data retained?

You can browse logs for webhook events of your integration from the past 7 days.

Which webhook types have logs?

We currently only support accessing event logs for standard webhooks and account settings webhooks from the Customer Area.

Can I share logs?

You can securely share webhook event logs from the Customer Area with developers and admins. You can share your log searches as well as individual logs. You can also bookmark log searches for easy access.
