How can I track my terminal order?

Do you have the right user role?

Please check whether you have one of the following user roles:

  • Merchant Terminal Order

  • Merchant Terminal Return

  • Merchant Terminal Replacement

Track your order

Once you place an order for a new terminal, you’ll be able to follow it through your Customer Area.

  1. Log in to your Customer Area.
  2. Switch to your merchant account.
  3. Go to In-person payments > Orders and returns.
  4. Click on the order, then on the pop-out showing up on the right, then click on the name of the courier company under Track & Trace.
  5. You should now be able to view the shipping details. Use them to track your order.

Tip: If you experience issues with the delivery, contact the courier company to schedule a more suitable delivery time.
