How do I activate and manage my Sim card?
Most mobile and portable terminals have built-in 3G or 4G hardware and a pre-installed SIM card. This allows the terminals to send and receive payment messages as packets over the internet through General Packet Radio Service (GPRS, which is an extension to cellular communication). Depending on your terminal model, you may have the option to activate the SIM card in order to enable a cellular network (3G or 4G). You can check our terminal documentation to verify it, or send an email to our Support Team.
