How can I check if refunds are enabled for my terminals?

Whether refunds are enabled on your terminal is a setting that can be changed under the settings menu.

Check whether refunds are enabled

Log into the Adyen Customer Area
Navigate to In-person payments > Terminals
Locate your terminal in the list and click on the serial number to access the details page
On the next screen, click on the Payment features tab and scroll down to Refunds to see the current value of this setting
