My card user lost their phone, what should I do?
If a card user reaches out to you to inform that their phone got lost, here are the things we recommend you to do.Â
- Check if the card has network tokens associated with it via API and close the network token associated with the lost phone to block any upcoming authorisation from the wallet.Â
- If the issued card is virtual, we recommend to close a virtual card and re-issue a new one.Â
