How do I deactivate or delete a payment method?

Do you have the right user role?

Please check whether you have one of the following user roles:

Log in to your Customer Area (test or live).
Select the desired merchant account.
Go to Settings > Payment methods > and select the payment methods you want to deactivate.
Select Deactivate. You can deactivate multiple methods at once.

Note: If you want to delete a payment method permanently , please reach out to Support.
