Merchant should contact the shopper to agree on a different bank account or payment means and then retry the payment.
AC06
Account specified is blocked,prohibiting posting of transactions against it
Merchant should contact the shopper to agree on a different bank account or payment means. In case the shopper's bank unblock the account, the payment can be retried.
AC13
Invalid debtor account type
Merchant should contact the shopper to agree on a different bank account or payment means.
AG01
Transaction forbidden on this type of account (formerly No Agreement)
Merchant should contact the shopper to agree on a different bank account or payment means.
AG02
Bank Operation code specified in the message is not valid for receiver
Merchant should contact Adyen about this payment for troubleshooting before retrying the SEPA Direct Debit payment.
AM04
Amount of funds available to cover specified message amount is insufficient
This can be retried. Additionally, merchants can consider reaching out to the shopper to provide funds into the bank account.
