Why can't I find PayPal payments in the reporting?

Given that PayPal transactions are settled externally, (meaning that Adyen is not the acquirer for them), you should not expect to see them in your Settlement details report.

Instead you should look for them in the External settlement detail report. You can find this in your Customer Area (on company level) under Reports.
