What is a merchant reference?

The merchant reference

A merchant reference is a unique alphanumeric identifier that you (the merchant) can generate to identify a payment.

Search for a payment using the merchant reference:

  1. Log in to your Customer Area.
  2. Go to Transactions > Payments.
  3. Search with the Merchant reference.

 

Tip: If the search retrieves no result, you should include the searchable field “merchantReference:” with the merchant reference.
