How do I know what score to assign to a rule?

When changing the risk score of certain risk rules it is good to keep in mind the risk score block threshold of 100 points.

Knowing when and why a rule triggers helps to determine the associated risk level. Some rules have high scoring >=100 or very close to a 100. These rules are set to block payments directly as they come with a high score profile.

It is also possible to assign a lower scoring <50 to a rule. Usually the risk level is low, but in combination with other rules the risk check could represent a higher risk scenario.
