Why your payout doesn’t match your sales

If your payout doesn't match your sales, you might be comparing different days. 

You can use the Sales Day Payout dashboard to view your sales and payout. 

How the payout schedule works

The Sales Day Payout generally follows a T+2 schedule.  All of your processed sales on a given day will be paid out to your bank account after two working days. The following table shows when you can expect your Adyen payout:

Note: Bank holidays can affect this schedule.
