Why wasn’t my scheduled payout handled? (Classic Integration)
Scheduled payout didn’t go through
The currency that the account holder was credited in doesn’t match the currency of the payout account they configured. We can only payout to accounts configured in the same currency as the one used for processing. Please advise the account holder to add a payout account in the same currency they were credited in.Â
Payments might have been credited after the last payout attempt was attempted. If that is the case, the funds will be paid out on the next attempt according to the sub-merchant’s payout schedule.Â
