How can I access Webhook event logs of my integration?
Do you have the right user role?
Please check whether you have the following user role:
Merchant Technical Integrator
If you don't have the required user role, please reach out to your admin.
You can easily access Webhook event logs through the self-service option available in the Customer Area.
By navigating to the Developers section in the left navigation menu, you can find Event logs, where you can search, filter, browse, and share logs for Webhook events within the past 7 days.
This functionality is available both at the Company and Merchant account levels. The Merchant account page shows logs dedicated to the Webhook events that were tried for delivery to the endpoint configured within that account.
On the other hand, the Company account page aggregates event logs from all merchant accounts providing admins with a convenient overview of Webhook-related errors under the Company account.
