How can I transfer the legal entity of a franchisee?

If you'd like to change the legal entity of a franchisee account, we'll proceed with a transfer agreement. Indeed, the merchant account will stay the same, under changed details. 

To request a transfer of legal entity, please send a request to merchant.screening@adyen.com containing the new legal entity information.  

Please specify in your request which MA's will be affected by this change. If all the accounts change to the same legal entity, then it's enough to fill in the "shell application" only once, and we'll make sure that it will apply to all relevant accounts. Please add _KYC to the merchant account name of your shell account so we can recognize that it's for a transfer.
