Essentials is the customer area for franchisees that allows them to manage their Adyen account and perform day-to-day activities.
With Essentials you can:
- View your transactions and refund your transactions.
- Quick overview of your transactions and sales.
- Defend your disputes.
- Download your financial reports.
- Give permission to other team members to Essentials.
- Subscribe to important system messages.
- Adjust your account settings such as changing bank accounts.
Tip: Essentials is supported in English, French, German, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, and Japanese.
