Franchisee can't find the application form for their store, what can I do?
Choose the right merchant account
When a franchisee has multiple stores, they have to fill in multiple application forms in the test environment. All of the application forms linked to their username can be found there.Â
To select a different application form, they can log in to the Test environment using credentials for the Test environment, and select the merchant account they want to fill in the application form for.
Once the correct merchant account is selected, they should have the right application form.Â
