Franchisee's welcome link has expired, what can I do?

Request a new invitation link

For franchisees to start their onboarding, they need to create an account through the link they received in their welcome email. However, this link expires after 2 weeks to minimize the risk of fraud.

Tip: Please make sure every franchisee creates their account as soon as possible upon receiving the email.

If a franchisee’s link expired, they should reach out to you to request a new invitation link. Please make sure they create the account within 24 hours upon receiving the email.
