Franchisee's pre-filled information is incorrect, how can I update it?

When the franchisee is filling in the application form, you’ll come across some pre-filled fields that were copied from the Migration File the franchisor provided.

However, this information might contain mistakes. If you’re a franchisee you can’t edit the pre-filled information, so please reach out to your onboarding point of contact.
