Franchisee's welcome link has expired, what can I do?

Request a new invitation link

To start the onboarding, you need to create an account through the link you received in your welcome email. However, this link expires after 24 hours to minimize the risk of fraud.

If your link expired, reach out to your onboarding point of contact to request a new invitation link. Please make sure you create the account within 24 hours upon receiving the email.
