Will my customer receive a donation receipt?

Adyen’s two-transaction approach ensures customers see a distinct line on their statements for their donations. This is especially beneficial in countries/regions with tax deductions for nonprofit contributions. 

Note: Due to compliance, Giving limits donations to a maximum of €150 or equivalent in other currencies.

 

The minimum donation amount that needs a written acknowledgment from the nonprofit differs between countries/regions. In the US, any donation of $250 or more requires a written acknowledgment from the nonprofit.
