What is my terminal’s maintenance password?
Do you have the right user role?
Please check whether you have the following user role:
Merchant POS Terminal Management Admin
If you don't have the required user role, please reach out to your admin.
Maintenance menu screen
If your terminal asks for a maintenance password or enters the Verifone Admin menu, you might be seeing a list of users such as maintenance, Level 1, Level 2, and supervisor. You don’t need passwords for these users. Press Yellow/Back on the terminal and then select run apps or reboot.
If your terminal is consistently ending up in this menu screen, please contact our support team.
Note: If you see the tamper message, stop using the device, and contact Adyen immediately.
