My card user lost their phone, what should I do?

If a card user reaches out to you to inform that their phone got lost, here are the things we recommend you to do. 

  1. Check if the card has network tokens associated with it via API and close the network token associated with the lost phone to block any upcoming authorisation from the wallet. 
  2. If the issued card is virtual, we recommend to close a virtual card and re-issue a new one.Â
