How can I support my merchant?
You can refer your merchant to our Adyen Help Page.
Merchant can also access the support page by logging in the Customer Area, the option support will appear under the help icon in the top right corner.
The Support page in CA is designed to guide end-users, so they can encounter solutions to common issues in a self-service manner.
Support for TEST account
If your merchant needs help with their TEST integration or account, they can follow one of these checklists:
Your merchant can use the test cards provided here to perform testing.
