How do I keep up to date with a referral's status once I have submitted it?
Do you have the right user role?
Please check whether you have one of the following user roles:
Partner Referrals Manage
Partner Referrals View
If you don't have the required user role, please reach out to your admin.
You can easily follow the status of your submitted referral through the Referrals tab in the Adyen Partner Portal. Below you can find an overview of all possible statuses and their explanation:Â

Trying to get them signed up
Not for now
We'll reach out in the future
In review
We're checking their info
Won
They've signed up with us!
