What happens after I submit a referral?

Do you have the right user role?

Please check whether you have the following user role:

  • PartnerReferralsManage

If you don't have the required user role, please reach out to your admin.

After submitting a referral through the portal, your lead will be routed to your Adyen Partner Manager who will contact you or the lead itself depending on your stated preference. Then the lead is handed over to the appropriate Adyen Sales Manager for the onboarding process.
