The Adobe Commerce plugin uses webhook events that trigger changes to the order statuses in the Adobe Commerce backend system.

Reasons your order might be pending

The offer is abandoned.
The capture settings in Adyen and Adobe Commerce don’t match.
There’s a technical/configuration issue with webhooks:
- Adobe Commerce isn’t receiving webhook events properly.
- Issues with webhooks related to cron job configurations.
