How to navigate the Diagnostics Menu on a non-Android terminal
In this video we'll show you how to navigate the diagnostics menu where you can run network connection tests, terminal hardware tests and send us a diagnostic report.
Go to “PSP connection” to test the connection between the terminal and the Adyen payment platform.

Go to “Terminal API” to test the connection between the terminal and the POS system, if your terminal is integrated with a POS provider.
