How do I transfer my authenticator to a new phone?

To transfer your authenticator to a new phone: 

  1. Open the authenticator App on your original mobile phone. 
  2. Navigate to settings, then select Transfer accounts > Export accounts. 
  3. Open the authenticator App on your new mobile phone and select Begin Setup. 
  4. Use the QR code scanner to scan the code from your original mobile phone.
