I’m not permitted to use my mobile phone at work. What are my alternatives for MFA?

If you are not able to access an authenticator app, you can try use of the following options:

  • Configure single-sign On (SSO) for your company. If your company uses SSO, then you can connect Adyen to your identity provider. 
  • Configure MFA using SMS. This is an alternative to an authenticator app, but it does still require users to receive a code on their phones via SMS.
