The due date for the periodic review is passed or email not received. What should I do?
If you still need to complete the periodic risk review and you are at or past the due date, we need you to contact us. Please reach out to merchantkyc@adyen.com. Make sure to include your company name, account details. Send the email with the subject line: ‘Periodic review - (MerchantName).’ We will assist you as soon as possible.Â
