How can my franchisee see the daily totals on the terminal?

Get the Totals report

  1. Open the admin menu on your device:
  • On a non-Android terminal, open the Admin menu.
  • On an Android terminal, select Transactions.
  • Select Totals.
  • You can now:
    • View a Totals report for the period shown at the top of the report.
    • Print the Totals report.
    • Start a new reporting period:
    1. On a non-Android terminal, select Reset > Yes.
    2. On an Android terminal, select the reset button.
      The totals from the previous period won’t show anymore.

    Tip: To automatically reset the Totals every day at a specific hour, contact our support team.
