How will my franchisee receive access to Essentials?

Access CA Test

Before getting access to Essentials, franchisees first need to fill in the application form. This will be done on the Customer Area Test for which they'll receive the credentials in an invitation email.

Once you've requested the franchisee onboarding, they’ll receive a welcome email from do-not-reply@adyen.com containing login credentials. They can then log into their account, create a password, and save it. 

Note: This link expires within 2 weeks. 

Note: The email might arrive in the spam folder

Tip: If they own multiple legal entities, they'll receive multiple application forms, however, they only need to set their password once.

Once the password is saved, they can log into ca-test.adyen.com and fill in the application form.

Access Essentials

Once the application is approved, they'll get access to Adyen Essentials. They’ll receive a welcome email from do-not-reply@adyen.com containing login credentials. They can log into their account, create a password, and save it. They'll then need to set up multi factor authentication.

Note: The password can be the same as for the Test account, however since they're setting up a new account, they'll also need to set up a new multi factor authentication. 

Once logged in, they can start using Essentials.
