What can my franchisees handle and what should I handle for them?

As a franchisor, you need to be aware that some franchisees settings can only be changed on your end, for example: 

  • Changing the ownership or legal entity 
  • Setting up a new account or starting an application for a new store
  • Any reconciliation questions that relate to reports downloaded outside of Essentials (i.e. Power BI)
  • Stores or account closure
  • Reauthorizing payments
