What can my franchisees handle and what should I handle for them?
As a franchisor, you need to be aware that some franchisees settings can only be changed on your end, for example:
- Changing the ownership or legal entity
- Setting up a new account or starting an application for a new store
- Any reconciliation questions that relate to reports downloaded outside of Essentials (i.e. Power BI)
- Stores or account closure
- Reauthorizing payments
Please take this into consideration when helping your franchisees.
