How can I add payment methods for my franchisor account?

Do you have the right user role?

Please check whether you have one of the following user roles:

  • Change Payment Methods

  • Merchant Admin

Add a payment method

  1. Log in to your Customer area.
  2. Go to Settings > Payment Methods.
  3. Select Request New Payment Method > your desired payment method.
  4. Select the location and the stores you wish to add payment methods.
  5. Select Complete setup.
