Fixed amounts are more effective for maximizing total donation volume. Providing up to three preset options gives customers a clear choice, often leading to higher overall volumes.

In short, if you want to engage as many customers as possible, we recommend round-up donations. If you want to maximize total donation volume, fixed amounts are the better choice.
