Why is my payment refused?
Do you have the right user role?
Please check whether you have the following user role:
View Acquiring Details
The bank or the risk profiles can refuse your payment.
When your payment isn’t successful, you’ll receive a response including a result code set to either Refused, Error, or Canceled.
A Refused payment:
- Is final.
- Is refused when the fraud score exceeds 99 points based on your risk profiles.
- Shows a refusal reason code.
- Shows a specific refusal reason.
