How do I send a transaction to Case Management?
If you would like to send a transaction to Case Management for a manual review, use the rule builder to create a rule with a Review action:Â
After creating the rule, you can find it under the Review Rules tab. Every transaction that triggers the rule will be sent to the Case Management queue. You can find this queue under Revenue & risk > Case Management.
When a transaction is authorized with liability shift, you won’t be liable for the cost of the transaction if it turns out to be fraudulent. Because of this, you may wish to skip case management. To enable this setting, go to Revenue & risk > Risk Profiles > select your profile and click ‘Edit profile.’ Enable the ‘Skip manual review on liability shift’ setting.
