Set up customer profiles
To engage customers and promote loyalty, you can set up a system that uses payment data to recognize customers and then offer them tailored benefits.
First, create a profile for them in your customer Relationship Management System (CRM) or other database. Once you create a customer profile, you can use the data in their profile to recognize them when they make their next purchase - in any of your sales channels.
