How to troubleshoot updates to your terminal fleet

This video shows you how to review the progress of your terminal software updates and manage them.
On the ‘’Terminal software’’ page you can view all the updates that have been scheduled to your terminals and their statuses.
Some updates require an additional check from our support teams before they’re scheduled. If for any reason an update was declined, click the info icon next to ‘’Rejected’’ to see the reason. Please make sure to reschedule updates for the terminals you initially tried to update.
In the columns, you can monitor the terminal’s update statuses. You can cancel pending updates and reschedule any updates that failed. You can also cancel a batch as a whole. This doesn’t revert the changes for successful updates.
