How can I change my account settings?
Do you have the right user role?
Please check whether you have the following user role:
Merchant Admin
View Audit Trail
If you don't have the required user role, please reach out to your admin.
Change your account settings
- Log in to your Customer Area.
- Go to Settings > Account Settings.
Account Settings shows you an overview of all your account settings and allows you to change them.
Note: You need the Merchant Admin user role to view and change account settings. With the Change payment methods role you can view, change payment methods, and request new ones.
Track user activity
- Log in to your Customer Area.
- Go to Settings > Audit trail.
In Audit trail, you can see modifications made in your account (such as account settings and changes in the payout model) and the user that performed them.
