How can I change my payout schedule?
Do you have the right user role?
Please check whether you have one of the following user roles:
Change Payout Schedule
Merchant Admin
If you don't have the required user role, please reach out to your admin.
Change how you get paid
- Log in to your Customer Area.
- Go to Finance > Payout model.
Here you see an overview of your merchant accounts and their payout configurations - Select Change and follow the instructions to change your payout model or frequency.
- Payout model: Choose between Sales Day Payout and Pass-Through Payout. For Sales Day Payout, you can also change payout delay and sales day definition.
- Payout frequency: How often you get paid by Adyen.
Tip: You can change how you get paid for each merchant account.
