How do I access the KYC snapshot report?

Do you have the right user role?

Please check whether you have the following user role:

  • Merchant Extended MarketPlace

If you don't have the required user role, please reach out to your admin.

View KYC details and the snapshot report

  1. Log in to your Customer Area.
  2. Go to Reports > KYC Snapshot report

Tip: If you don’t have the Merchant extended marketplace, contact the admin user of your contact.
