How do I customize my platform Hosted Onboarding Page?

Do you have the right user role?

Please check whether you have the following user role:

  • Manage HOP Settings

If you don't have the required user role, please reach out to your admin.

Customize your Hosted Onboarding Page

You can customize your Hosted Onboarding Page to fit the onboarding style of your platform through your balance platform customer area.

Tip: If you don’t have access, ask your admin user for the Manage hosted onboarding themes role.
